Times start from payment confirmation. Heavy/oversized parts (tyres, gearboxes, implements) may take 1–2 extra days.
How your part is packaged
Metal parts are wrapped in oiled paper and boxed in double-wall corrugated cartons. Fragile parts (filters, glass, sensors) ship in foam-cushioned boxes. Tyres ship stacked on pallets, strapped and edge-protected.
Who pays for delivery
Delivery is quoted upfront based on weight, size, and destination — you see it before you pay. There is no surprise charge on collection. Wholesale customers receive consolidated shipping discounts.
Tracking
Once your part ships you receive a WhatsApp message with the courier, waybill number, and expected date. If your delivery goes past the promised window, we escalate — you don't have to chase.
If the part doesn't fit
If we shipped the wrong part or the confirmed part doesn't fit your machine, we cover return shipping and either replace or refund in full. This is in writing — see Warranty & returns.
