We only collect what we need to quote, confirm, and deliver parts: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, delivery address, the machine details you share (make, model, year, part numbers), and your order history with us.

When you browse the site, our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps.

To identify the correct part for your machine, prepare quotes, process and dispatch orders, arrange logistics, handle warranty or return claims, and respond to your enquiries on WhatsApp, phone, or email.

We may contact you about an order you placed or a quote you requested. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

Card and bank payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. We retain only the transaction reference and payment status needed for bookkeeping and dispute resolution.

We share your details only with parties that help us complete your order — logistics and courier partners, payment processors, and, where required, suppliers fulfilling a part. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We may disclose information where required by Nigerian law or to protect our legal rights.

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as needed to honour warranties and meet tax and accounting obligations. Enquiry messages that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months.

The site is served over HTTPS and access to customer records is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable commercial steps to protect your data.

Our services are intended for business and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
