You may use the site to research parts, request quotes, and place orders. You may not scrape, copy, or republish our catalogue, images, or content for commercial use without written permission, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

We work hard to keep specifications, images, and compatibility notes accurate, but images are illustrative and manufacturers change designs. Final fitment is confirmed with you by WhatsApp, phone, or email before dispatch, based on the machine make, model, and year you provide. Giving us incorrect machine details is the most common cause of a wrong part.

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and may change without notice due to exchange rates and supplier pricing. A price becomes binding only once we confirm your order. Listed stock is indicative; if an item is unavailable we will offer an alternative, a backorder, or a refund.

Placing an order or sending a WhatsApp cart is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order and payment. Orders are dispatched after payment clears unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing.

We deliver nationwide through third-party logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address or courier you nominate. Please inspect goods on arrival and report damage or shortages within 48 hours.

Our genuine-parts guarantee, fit warranty, and defect warranty are set out on the Warranty & returns page and form part of these terms. Fitted, modified, or misused parts and normal consumables are not covered.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the part concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as downtime, lost harvest, lost profit, or labour costs arising from a part failure or delay.

Brand names and machine models are referenced for identification and compatibility only. Use of a name does not imply that we are an authorised dealer of that brand unless we state so explicitly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
