If it's fake, wrong, or defective — we make it right.

Every part we sell is either OEM (from the machine manufacturer) or from an authorized component brand (SKF, Bosch, CNH, AGCO, etc.). If a part you buy from us is found to be counterfeit, we refund 100% of the purchase price plus your inbound delivery cost — no arguments.

If the part you received doesn't fit the machine model and year we confirmed with you before payment, return it within 30 days. We cover return shipping and either send the correct part or refund in full.

If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect within 90 days of installation (proof of professional fitment required), we replace it at no cost. This covers hydraulic pumps, starters, alternators, and other serviceable components — not consumables like filters, belts, and seals which follow normal service life.

Damage caused by improper installation, use on the wrong machine, contamination (dirty oil, bush dust in an unsealed fitting), collision, flooding, or normal wear and tear. Consumables (oil filters, air filters, belts, spark plugs, seals) are covered only against manufacturing defects visible on first fitment.

WhatsApp us the order number and a short video or photos of the issue. In most cases we resolve within 48 hours — replacement dispatched or refund initiated. You don't need to ship anything back before we act.
